You may book a party package online, by phone or in person at the park.

No outside food or drink is allowed in the park, except for a special birthday dessert such as cake or cupcakes. Don't forget the candles! Special accommodations can be made for those with food allergies.

Flying Squirrel provides napkins, cups, forks, a coloured tablecloth and plates. If you'd like to supplement that with specific themed decorations, you are welcome to do so.

Please have all guests arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time in order to get waivers verified and wristbands on before jumping.

You may change your party date up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time.

You may cancel your party for a full deposit refund up to 2 weeks before your scheduled party. If you cancel a party within 2 weeks of the party date, we will refund your deposit on a Flying Squirrel gift card. You may reschedule your party without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled party time.

No, our party packages are suitable for all ages! Guests have even used our packages for sports team events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and team builders!

All party packages are 2.5 hours, which includes 2 hours of jump time and 0.5 hours at the end for cake and presents

Our parties require a $100 deposit to hold your time and date, paid within 24 hours of booking.

Yes, you are encouraged to bring in a special dessert, such as cake or cupcakes. No other outside food or drinks are permitted. 

Yes, we supply everything you need to serve your cake, except candles. We have plates, forks, cake knife, server and lighter.

No, we do not keep sensitive payment information on file. You may pay the remaining balance (less deposit) for your party at the end via cash, debit or major credit card.

No, trampoline grip socks are not included in the party packages. We encourage guests to bring their own from previous visits, or other facilities. Grip socks are available to purchase for $4.50/pair and can be added to the final party invoice or purchased by each guest individually. 

Yes, your Party Host will store your special birthday dessert in the fridge or freezer, as required.

 No, our party packages cannot be extended. You may, however, vacate your party table and purchase jump time at our hourly rate before or after the booked party time. 

Yes, all jumpers accessing the attractions need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. The party hosting parent may not sign for their child’s guests unless they are willing to assume liability for those children at all future visits, as the waivers are valid for 2 years.  Guests over 18 may sign their own waiver. 

Parent jumpers may be added to any party package for just $8.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your time and date. The remaining party balance will be settled at the end of the party, so you have an opportunity to add extra food, drinks and jumpers during your party.

Yes we do offer neon lights parties on Friday and Saturday Nights!

Yes, we have our very own Drey Café, which provides fresh, high-quality, made to order food and refreshing drink options.

Yes, our delicious food is made in-house, to order. 

You and your guests will be greeted by your assigned Party Host at our exclusive Party Check-In desk ~10-15 minutes prior to your party start time. We'll verify all jumpers have a valid waiver, hand out trampoline grip socks and put wristbands on all your jumpers. Guests will be advised to watch our rule video while waiting. The Party Host will escort everyone to the reserved party table(s), store your special birthday dessert in the fridge or freezer if needed, then everyone is free to jump! A special birthday shout-out will be made for the Guest of Honour at the 1 hour mark, which also lets everyone know to return to the party table for pizza! Eating time is usually very short, as the kids are excited to return to jumping! At the 2 hour mark, jump time is over, and there is 30 minutes left at the party table for cake and presents and to wind down. Your Party Host will present the final invoice (less deposit) at the end of the party, along with your free 1-hour pass for next visit. Leave the mess with us and go home with tired, happy kids!
