What is Mobile Check-in?
Bought your tickets online? Use the cashier lanes marked "Mobile Check-in" to skip the line.
Do you have a weight restriction?
No — the trampolines do not have a weight restriction.
For safety, we recommend that guests over 350 lbs check with their healthcare provider before jumping, as the intense cardio involved can pose serious health risks. Guest safety is always our primary concern.
Can I jump with a cast on?
For the safety of the jumper and everyone around them, we do not allow guests to jump while wearing a cast.
Is there a place to put my stuff? Do you have lockers?
Yes — lockers and storage cubbies are available throughout the facility:
- Lockers: $0.50, single use
- Cubbies: free, use at your discretion
What should I wear?
Wear gym attire and clothing that doesn't restrict your range of movement — and something you don't mind getting sweaty in. Jumping can be quite the workout!
Are we allowed to record using our devices in the facility?
Yes — recording is permitted and is covered under the waiver.
For safety, we recommend leaving phones and devices in a locker, or using them only on the carpeted areas.
How do I know when my time is done?
The colour of your wristband tells our Court Monitors when your jump time is up. They'll kindly let you know when it's time to exit the courts.
BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Do you have a fridge or freezer for an ice cream cake or cupcakes?
No — we don't offer refrigeration for ice cream cakes or any other items.
Are socks included?
Trampoline grip socks aren't included in the party packages, since many guests already own a pair they can bring and reuse.
Need socks? They're $4.50/pair and will be added to your final party bill.
Do you keep my credit card information on file?
No — we don't store any credit card information given over the phone for a party deposit. You can pay your remaining balance with the same or a different form of payment at the end of your party.
Do you have plates, cutlery, etc. for cake?

What if I have a guest with a food allergy?
If we can't accommodate the allergy at the Drey Café, a manager can grant special permission to bring in outside food for the guest with allergies only.
Does the Flying Squirrel make the food?
Yes — all our food is prepared fresh to order from quality ingredients. Pizzas are topped in house and baked fresh, and our fruits and vegetables are cut fresh every day for our platters.

Yes — a deposit is required to book a party.
What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 2 weeks (14 full days) before your event: your deposit is refunded in full.

Do you have invitations?
Yes — head to our Party Invitations page, then right-click to save the design and print as many as you'd like at home.
Do you have loot bags?
We don't provide loot bags, but you're welcome to bring your own — just note that guests can't consume the contents inside our facility.
What does the Party Host do?
Your Party Host is assigned to your party to act as your server and helper throughout. They'll:
- Welcome your guests as they check in
- Point out the rules video for safe jumping
- Give a special birthday shout-out for the Guest of Honour
- Serve your pizza and dessert
- Handle set-up and clean-up of your party table
- Present your final bill for payment
They're your main point of contact, so bring any questions, comments, or concerns straight to your Party Host.
Can I bring in my own decorations?
You're more than welcome to bring your own decorations (piñatas excluded) — just let our office admin know during your confirmation call.
Note: we don't currently offer balloon packages at any of our parks.
Are there any instructors or leaders for activities?
No — we offer free play at our facility. Our Court Monitors are stationed at every court and act as lifeguards, making sure everyone follows the rules and jumps safely.
They don't teach or guide trampoline activities, but they're always happy to referee a dodgeball game for your crew.
Are there age restrictions on the parties?
Absolutely not! Guests of all ages are welcome. We've hosted parties for ages 2 to 40+ (and those aren't the limits). We can also adapt our packages for bachelor/bachelorette parties, corporate events, and team builders.
My child is allergic to nuts — is your facility nut-free?
We're striving toward a nut-free facility; however, we can't guarantee that our ingredients haven't come into contact with nuts at our suppliers' facilities or during transport.
How long are parties?
Each event runs a total of 2 hours and 30 minutes: 2 hours of jump time, plus 30 minutes at the party table for cake and presents.
GROUP EVENTS
Do you offer group rates?
Yes — we offer a range of incentives for group bookings. To plan your group event, contact our Director of Sales at groups@flyingsquirrelsports.com.
Do you require a deposit to book a group event?
Yes — a deposit equal to 50% of the total event cost is required to secure your booking.
Can we bring outside food in?
Yes — feel free to bring in outside food.
Outside beverages aren't allowed, but drinks are available for purchase on site.
Do group events include tables?
Not usually — tables are reserved for party package bookings.

Do you offer outside catering services?
Not at this time — but we're working on partnering with local catering companies.
AGE INFORMATION
Do I have to jump with my kids?
No — you're not required to jump with your children. That said, it's often wise to have an adult on the trampolines with younger kids in case they need help.
We offer a free "Parent" wristband that lets you assist your children on the trampolines without jumping yourself. Even if you're not jumping, you'll still need:
- A signed waiver
- Trampoline grip socks
Do I have to pay for my young toddler or infant to participate?
Children 2 and under jump free with a paying adult. If the adult chooses not to jump alongside their child 2 or under, the child is charged the toddler rate (listed on the Tickets page).
Is there a charge if you're not jumping?
No — there's no charge for guests who just want to watch from the sidelines. Admission only applies to guests who want to bounce on the trampolines.
Do you have any age restrictions?
There are no age restrictions on who can participate — guests of all ages are welcome to jump, as long as they're in good health and free from conditions that could be aggravated by jumping, including:
- High blood pressure
- Heart, back, or neck problems
- Motion sickness
- Pregnancy
- Any other condition that jumping could worsen
Do you have an area for small children?
Yes — every park has a Kiddie Court reserved for ages 6 and younger. Little ones aren't limited to it and can access the rest of the facility too, but it gives them a safe space to bounce away from the bigger kids.
TRAMPOLINE GRIP SOCKS
Are grip socks included in general admission?
No — trampoline grip socks aren't included in admission. They're a one-time purchase of $4.50/pair, and they're yours to keep and reuse.
Why do I need trampoline socks? Can't I wear my own regular socks?
Grip socks are required for two reasons:
- Safety: the grips on the soles give jumpers more control and traction. Regular socks slide on the trampoline mats, which can lead to unsafe jumping.
- Sanitation: wearing socks on the trampolines helps keep our facility clean.
Can I use trampoline socks from a different facility?
Yes — you're welcome to use trampoline grip socks from another facility.
FOOD AND THE DREY CAFÉ
Do you have a place to purchase food?
Yes — our very own Drey Café offers an assortment of delicious food, drinks, and treats available for purchase.
My child is allergic to nuts — does your food have nuts?
We're striving toward a nut-free facility; however, we can't guarantee that our ingredients haven't come into contact with nuts at our suppliers' facilities or during transport.
Can I bring outside food or beverages in?
No — we ask that no outside food or beverages are brought into our facility.
Does the Flying Squirrel make the food?
Yes — all our food is prepared fresh to order from quality ingredients. Pizzas are topped in house and baked fresh, and our fruits and vegetables are cut fresh every day for our platters.
TODDLER INFORMATION
What is your definition of a Toddler?
At Flying Squirrel, children 6 and younger are classified as Toddlers. They qualify for the Toddler Rate and may use the Kiddie Court.
Is there a special rate for Toddlers?
Yes! All pricing information can be found on the tickets page.
Are there restrictions on when Toddlers can come jump?
No — all ages are welcome to jump at any time.
Do I have to jump with my kids?
No, jumping with your children isn't required. That said, it's often wise to have an adult on the trampolines with younger kids in case they need help.
For this, we offer a free "Parent" wristband:
- Lets you go onto the trampolines to assist your children
- Does not permit the parent to jump
- A signed waiver and trampoline grip socks are still required to access the trampolines, even if you're not jumping
Do I have to pay for my young toddler or infant to participate?
Children 2 and younger jump free with a paying adult. If the adult chooses not to jump alongside their child (2 and under), the child's admission rate can be found on the tickets page.
Is there a charge if you're not jumping?
No — there's no charge for guests who just want to watch from the sidelines. Admission fees apply only to those bouncing on the trampolines.
If you'd like to go onto the trampolines to help your little ones, our free "Parent" wristband allows that (it doesn't permit jumping). Grip socks and a signed liability waiver are still required.
Do you have an area for small children?
Yes — every park has a Kiddie Court reserved for ages 6 and younger. Little ones aren't limited to it (they can access the rest of the facility too), but it's a safe spot to bounce away from the bigger kids.
How much is an adult admission ticket during Toddler Time?
Adults who are jumping pay the regular admission rate, which can be found on the tickets page.
LIABILITY WAIVERS
Where can I find the waiver?
Click the "Waiver" button in the top menu bar of our homepage to access our online waiver system.
Prefer to do it in person? You can also complete the waiver on our in-park computers when you arrive.
How do I sign the waiver?
- Click "Waiver" in the top menu bar and choose whether you're signing for just yourself, or for yourself and your children.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and enter your information accurately.
- Sign online by clicking and dragging your cursor. Touchscreen devices are easier — you can sign with your finger.
- Click "Submit." Your waiver is added to our system automatically and reviewed by staff.
Any questions or concerns about the waiver? Just ask a staff member.
Why do I have to fill out the waiver?
Trampolines can cause injury even when used correctly. By signing, guests acknowledge the inherent risks of jumping and agree not to hold the Flying Squirrel responsible for any injuries that may occur.
The waiver includes several other terms and conditions, so please take the time to review it carefully.
Why can't I have a paper waiver?
We've eliminated paper waivers to be more environmentally friendly — imagine the paperwork we'd have to store for the legally required 7 years if every guest signed on paper!
Once your electronic waiver is in our secure system, it's easy to look up and stays valid for 2 years from the date it's created, so you'll rarely need to repeat the process.
I signed a waiver previously — is it still valid?
Electronic waivers are valid for 2 years from the date they're created, as long as they were completed properly and approved by our admin.
When a child listed on a parent or guardian's account turns 18, that waiver is no longer valid — they'll need to create their own account and sign their own waiver.
Can I sign the waiver for someone else's children?
No — you may only sign a waiver for a child if you are their parent or legal guardian.
How do I get other children's parents or guardians to sign the waiver?
Direct the parent or guardian to our website to create an account — it can be done from any computer, phone, or device with internet, from anywhere.
If you arrive with your child's friend and they don't have a waiver, we'll ask you to call that child's parent or guardian so they can complete it online.
Can I print the waiver?
No need! Once completed online, the waiver goes straight into our secure database. Skipping paper also helps us cut down on paper and ink usage.
I don't want to give out all this personal information — what should I do?
A completed, signed waiver is required before any guest can use our trampolines, and we do need all the information requested on the form.
We take the utmost care in protecting it:
- We don't sell any personal information
- It's securely stored
- We don't send promotional or advertising emails
If you book a party or group event, your booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to the email address you provide.
Why do you need my address, phone number, and birth date?
Your birth date confirms whether you're a legal adult, and your address and phone number let us reach you in case of an emergency.
Who must sign the waiver?
Everyone going onto the trampolines needs a waiver, regardless of age. Minors (under 18) must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf.
