Moscow’s best things to do: The world’s largest indoor trampoline park & more

Before I take my kids anywhere new, I look at photos of the space. All of them. I want to know—what does the space look like? Will I be able to sit down without losing sight of them? Will my kids actually like this place?

Flying Squirrel in Moscow is packed with high-energy attractions for all ages—and here are the snapshots to prove it. From foam pits and trampolines to ninja courses and parent-friendly perks (hello, massage chairs), here’s a photo tour of what to expect when you step inside.

The Trampoline Freestyle Court

This is where the energy really flies. The main trampoline court is a launchpad for jumping, flipping, and spring-loaded fun. It’s the heart of Flying Squirrel—and the first place most kids bolt to when they walk in.

“My 9-year-old requested I rate this 5 stars!”
Michelle Hazen, Google Review

Whether your kids are little hoppers or full-on flip fanatics, this open jump area keeps them moving and grinning ear to ear.

The Foam Pits

The foam pits are where bold meets safe. Kids launch themselves with full force from the Airbag Trampoline Launch Lanes and land in a giant pillow of foam blocks. It’s the perfect place to try tricks or just bounce off some energy without a hard landing.

One thing I’ve learned: nothing zaps kid energy faster than trying to climb out of a foam pit. It’s like wading through a sea of marshmallows while trapped inside a slow-motion obstacle course—equal parts hilarious and exhausting.

Battle Beam

The Battle Beam is where fierce competition meets belly laughs. First one to tumble off into the foam pit loses—though honestly, the fall is one of the best parts.

Ninja Course

For your little obstacle racers, this is their arena. The ninja course is a challenge that tests coordination, speed, and upper body strength (or wild attempts at it). It’s also a favorite for parents who want to try something a little more exciting than the bench.

“We took a group of kids up and stayed for an hour and a half and just had a ball.”
Mike Johnson, Google Review

The Massage Chairs

Flying Squirrel didn’t forget the parents. These massage chairs might just be one of the greatest hidden gems in the whole park. You can sit back, relax, and keep your eyes on the kids—without hovering or pacing like you usually do at most indoor play places.

“If sitting down watching your kid is more your speed, you can enjoy a nice massage chair… and still have a visual on your kid.”
Vanessa Sturing, Google Review

As someone who’s spent hours standing awkwardly at play places, this is the dream.

Trampoline Dodgeball

If classic dodgeball wasn’t chaotic enough, try it on a wall-to-wall trampoline court. The rules are the same—duck, dip, dive—but now you’ve got the power of bounce on your side. It’s fast-paced, wildly unpredictable, and hands-down one of the most fun ways to channel that competitive streak. Kids and adults alike end up laughing too hard to care who wins.

Trampoline Dunk Hoops

Ever wanted to slam dunk like an NBA pro? Flying Squirrel makes it possible—even if you're not tall enough to reach the cookie jar at home. With trampoline launch pads leading up to basketball hoops of varying heights, kids can soar through the air and (at least attempt to) dunk like champions. It’s equal parts basketball and bounce house, and it’s a total hit with anyone who’s dreamed of flying.

So… Why Do People Love Flying Squirrel in Moscow?

Flying Squirrel in Moscow gives kids room to explore, move, challenge themselves, and just be kids. And it gives parents a much-needed break from chasing, worrying, and cleaning up messes. The layout is smart. The space is clean. And there’s something to do for every energy level.
